This role sits within the creative and digital team where you will be a pivotal member of the client services team You will execute client plans, fostering deep relationships and ensuring exceptional project delivery. Driving financial growth and overseeing client satisfaction will be at the heart of your role.
Responsibilities:
Understand and execute the client's strategic plan.
Collaborate across internal capabilities to deliver client plans effectively.
Lead the execution of client account plans.
Manage account performance, finances, and forecasts.
Cultivate positive, lasting client relationships.
Represent the client internally and lead client account status meetings.
Drive new business proposals and contribute to innovative programs.
Run multiple projects autonomously while maintaining seamless operations.
Champion optimal ways of working and set team standards.
Overcome challenges and deliver beyond client expectations.
About you:
Experience Account Manager / Senior Account Manager with experience working in healthcare communications agencies
Strong financial acumen.
Proven experience in commercial client management.
Proficiency in handling creative and digital projects.
Account management and partnership-focused background.
A proactive mindset and exceptional client partnership skills.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in coaching and mentoring.
Innovative program development expertise.
