This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior account director. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years experience within healthcare advertising. As this role spans their entire portfolio, you will be a demanding leader who can guide clients with authority. Forge robust client relationships, manage multiple stakeholders & navigate a fine balance between adaptability and assertiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Nurturing and Expanding Client Relationships
● Cultivate enduring relationships with key clients, from day-to-day contacts to senior decision-makers
● Grasp their business objectives, manage expectations, and deliver unparalleled agency service
Ensuring Seamless Project Delivery
● Oversee project execution for clients, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and top-notch quality
● Instigate feedback systems for ongoing improvement via regular meetings and reviews
Leadership and Management of Account Teams
● Lead and manage a team of account handlers, fostering clarity, motivation, and high performance
Developing and Advocating Strategy and Creativity
● Gain profound insights into client businesses to contribute to strategic discourse and champion creative work
● Foster creativity to drive client objectives effectively
Meeting Financial Goals and Propelling Growth
● Leverage deep client understanding to identify growth opportunities
● Meet income targets, maintain consistent work flow, optimize resources, and ensure staff utilization

Your Journey
● Over 6+ years of experience in healthcare advertising, encompassing UK, EU, and global campaigns
● Diverse expertise across various therapy areas, including animal health
● Proficiency in Veeva Promomats and CRM platforms
● Proficient in crafting impactful social campaigns
