Project Leader

Are you attracted to the idea of taking a critical lead in client facing projects?

Are you looking to either continue your experience within pharmaceutical client management or possibly even make a transition into this sector?

Working with a global pharmaceutical service provider, who offer support from formulation and process development, through to manufacturing and analytical services, you will have the chance to be a part of a new site that is expanding significantly.

This hire will take day to day accountability for all of my client’s customers, across the full lifecycle of development and manufacturing.

Importantly, it will not just be client management but the ability to lead a small team of Project Managers and act as a steering lead, as well as a point of escalation. Developing relationships with internal stakeholders will be critical in order to ensure the successful and smooth delivery of multiple projects at any one time.

This opportunity could suit an existing project manager or potentially an individual coming from a technical capacity that has very strong client project leading experience (e.g. production, engineering, analytical etc.)

This will be a site based role for the first six months with the opportunity to progress to hybrid working (1-2 days remote) after this time.

Experience:

-          Experienced project manager and leader – must have strong client leading experience, ideally around 5+ years

-          Appreciation of technical disciplines with regards to project management – you do not need to come from pharmaceuticals but must appreciate the manufacturing setting

-          Very strong stakeholder management skills

-          Leadership and management experience is desirable – although potential for this will be considered
